Annie Stokes in opening a restaurant in McKinney called Café Málaga. It's a tapas restaurant and will be serving Southern Spain/Mediterranean food. Because tapas is often served on small plates and a table might accumulate a fair number, Annie has created this device to keep the tables free and clear while giving everyone at the table access to all the dishes.
